Last week we talked about the Daylight Savings and loosing an hour and how that can really affect you sleeping…or really your waking. Being a morning person is something I’ve always aspired to be but can’t seem to truly manage to achieve. As I continue to read lifestyle articles from all sorts of media publications a continual message is that the proverbial early bird gets that worm.
The new year is often filled with resolutions of improving habits. From working out to eating to being more organized, the focus often seems to be anything to make yourself feel better and more accomplished. I am the same. Although I like to include one thing that is an easy win. 🙂 That will be – start my day with hot tea not coffee. Win.
